Qigong is an ancient Chinese exercise method and consists of body movement, mental concentration and breath work. It is sometimes refered to as Chinese Yoga.

Still, the focus and the effects of Qigong are on the energy level: cultivating the "Qi" or "life force energy."

Qigong is generally considered as a health maintenance exercise, but it can also be practiced for specific purposes such as:

 -     Self-Healing

 -     Personal Growth

 

Practicing qigong is simple: everybody can do it! It relaxes the mind through slow movement & breathing, promotes increased joint mobility, gentle stretching and is refreshing and energizing. And above all, Qigong is the greatest self-healing method that exists!
