For over 5,000 years, people have been practicing Qigong
for preventative and curative reasons. Qigong may seem simple and the many health benefits too good to be true, but fact is:a consistent daily practice keeps you healthy and strong.
Roel has practiced and taught Qigong since 1994. Regular Center clients
have not seen him absent or not available because of sickness. "I hardly ever get sick anymore and when I do, it get over it
in no time," he says. "Keeping your immune system strong is the best way to maintain good health and so enjoy the quality of your
life. Qigong has this effect."
In this 3-hour workshop, Roel will teach a set of simple exercises that you can practice anywhere and
anytime. Attention is paid to proper and deep breathing. All levels of fitness are welcome.
Roel Strzeminski is a Spiritual Healer/Teacher
and a Qigong Master with over 17 years of experience. "The most valuable knowledge doesn't come from books; it is born out of own
