Tai Chi Chuan, a "soft" martial art from China, is practiced throughout the world as an effective and proven exercise for better health.

The slow motion routine of Tai Chi is relaxing, fun and suitable for all ages.

Regular Tai Chi practice is excellent for:

Our classes Tai Chi "Old Yang Style" focus on the "energy" aspect of Tai chi, with even greater health benefits.

Saturday (9:00 am - 10:00 am) - This class is off-site. 

Prerequisite: Tai Chi students must take Qigong classes first (Wednesdays 9 - 10 am) or have attended a Qigong workshop with Roel.
