Hot Yoga is a sequence of 28 poses and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. It is suitable for all ages and ability levels.
The postures focus on stretching and strengthening muscles and joints while promoting concentration and stress relief. The heat warms the muscles, prevents injuries, increases circulation and cleanses the body by flushing toxins.
Our classroom is most healthy and clean, equiped with bacteria-free, odorless flooring and an air purification system that efficiently eliminates odors, germs, allergens, mold and mildew.
Note: Classes are 90 minutes. Please bring your own yoga mat (for hygienic reasons), a bottle of water and a beach towel. Come on an empty stomach.
